We want to hear about how you feel about your life—whether you’re happy with it or not. What’s going well? What would make your life even better? How do you want to change things? What do you want people to remember about you when they reflect on your life?

We also love hearing about other people’s lives, especially their struggles (but not just their struggles). We want to know what’s going on in other people’s heads because we think it can also help us grow as a person.
